With over thirty years of experience in the beauty industry, I truly feel fortunate to have a career that brings me joy every day. As a military brat, I moved around a lot during my childhood, from Germany to Florida, and, Virginia, before settling in Maryland. After spending most of my career in bustling salon environments, I yearned for genuine connections and meaningful interactions that often get lost in the rush. That's when I decided it was time for change. Hairston's & Co. is my passion project, designed to return to the essence of the salon experience. Much like a military base, my studio embodies diversity, creating a space where every guest is treated with in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. As a salon owner my daily goal is to ensure that everyone in chair feels welcomed, beautiful, and pampered.
